1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Mediquick. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mediquick website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Healthcare Services

Mediquick provides a platform that connects users with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and pathology labs. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on our Services is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our Services.

4. Telemedicine Services

If you use our telemedicine services to connect with healthcare providers, you acknowledge that:

  • Telemedicine involves the use of electronic communications to enable healthcare providers to share medical information with patients remotely.
  • The healthcare provider will determine whether telemedicine is appropriate for your needs or whether an in-person consultation is necessary.
  • The same confidentiality protections that apply to in-person consultations apply to telemedicine consultations.
  • There are potential risks to telemedicine, including technology failures, security breaches, and limitations in the ability to perform physical examinations.

5. Medication and Pharmacy Services

If you use our Services to purchase medications:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete prescription information.
  • You acknowledge that certain medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
  • You understand that we may verify your prescription with the issuing healthcare provider.
  • You agree to use medications only as prescribed and to report any adverse effects to your healthcare provider.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Mediquick, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
